More and more I am meeting and talking to people who feel their lives are unfulfilled. They are miserable and without hope. These same people are generally the most critical of those who have found peace and comfort through a belief in God.
While I feel a certain amount of sympathy towards anyone who has such an emptiness, I also get tired of hearing their tales of woe and criticisms. I compare them to a person who is drowning but who will try to drown a
person who tries to help.
When I speak of helping, I don't mean to infer that I am perfect or blessed with a knowledge that gives me a special insight into lifes difficulties. In fact, there is very little that I can do except share how God has helped in my life and how I trust God to guide me in my life.
If your life feels empty and without purpose and you are looking a change, try talking to God. If you think God is a figment of imagination and that those who believe in God are ignorant and uneducated, buy a dog.
